111th Congress, First Session

Increase  capacity in veterinary colleges, departments of veterinary science and comparative medicine, and the number of veterinarians in the U.S. workforce

     - School of Veterinary Medicine Competitive Grant Program (SVMCGP)

     - Veterinary Medicine Loan Repayment Program (VMLRP)

     - Agricultural Biosecurity Grant Program (AgBSGP)

     - Regional Centers of Excellence

Increase the amount of veterinary research conducted at colleges of veterinary medicine

     - Food Animal Residue Avoidance Databank (FARAD)
